• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What does "Y si.." mean?

  Y si.. is Spanish for "What if..". Our entire brand is built on questions instead of statements. The science: when your brain reads a question, it cannot stop searching for an answer. The RAS (Reticular Activating System) activates and starts filtering your daily experience to find evidence. Unlike affirmations, questions bypass conscious resistance entirely. Wear the question. Let it work below your conscious mind.

• What is the sigil on the design?

  Look closely at the small mark above the question. It is two infinities crossed:

  ★ The horizontal infinity — life, time, the moving plane
  ★ The vertical infinity — the eternal, the divine, what holds the moving world up
  ★ At the intersection — the I AM. The witness. The soul that lives where the finite and infinite meet.

  The phrase you wear is a question. The symbol you wear is a frequency. Together, they work below your conscious mind.

• When will my order ship?

  Each Ritual Wear piece is printed on demand and made just for you. Your order ships from our US warehouse within 3-5 business days after you order. International orders take 10-15 business days total. Tracking is provided once shipped.

• What is your return policy?

  Because every item is custom printed for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days at [email protected] and we will send a new one at no cost. No questions asked.

• Are the shirts unisex?

  Yes. We use Gildan 64000 (Bella+Canvas-equivalent) unisex sizes S through 2XL. Relaxed fit, soft 100% cotton. Size down for fitted look, size up for oversized look. See product page size chart for measurements.

• Do you ship internationally?

  Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates apply at checkout. Delivery times vary by country (typically 10-15 business days). Customs/duty fees if applicable are the buyer's responsibility.

• Can I gift this?

  Absolutely — every Y si.. piece is a conscious gift for someone you want to plant a seed in. We don't include pricing on shipped packaging. Order it sent directly to the recipient — just enter their address at checkout.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
